Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Cost

We offer standard shipping to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Our shipping cost has a flat rate of $18.99. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically estimated delivery is 3-7 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Retun Policy

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 15 days of the delivery date. * Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on used, opened, or final sale items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team at casademolcajetes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions.



Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including returns for reasons such as changed mind, didn't like the product, or no longer wanted items. Returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item) will be shipped at our expense. Please retain proof of postage. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

We will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee may be applied to returns at our discretion.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

*This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or related to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, San Diego, California.
